Recovery, realistically

- Sleep on your back the first two nights if you can

What is facial balancing?
Facial balancing treats the face as a whole composition rather than isolated areas. Instead of “a syringe in the cheeks,” we map how your features relate — cheek projection, chin support, temple volume, profile line — and place filler where it restores harmony. The result is a face that looks rested and proportioned, not filled.
How many syringes will I need?
Most balancing plans use two to four syringes across the face, though we frequently stage them over multiple visits. You’ll get a written plan with exact pricing at consultation — and we’d rather under-treat and see you again than overfill.
How long do dermal fillers last?
Structural fillers in the cheeks, chin, and jawline typically last 12–24 months. Softer fillers in mobile areas metabolize faster. Longevity also depends on your metabolism and lifestyle.
Are dermal fillers safe?
In experienced medical hands, yes. Fillers carry real anatomical considerations, which is why they should only ever be injected by licensed medical professionals who know facial vasculature — and why our clinic stocks hyaluronidase and follows strict safety protocols. All products are Health Canada approved.
Will people be able to tell?
